Chicago, IL (ContentDesk) April 17, 2006 -- InnFlux Announces the Acquisition of the Hospitality Internet Division of Sky WiFi, LLC.Following its merger and acquisition strategy through 2006, InnFlux (www.innflux.com) announced today that it had successfully acquired the Hospitality Internet access division of Sky WiFi, LLC of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The transaction took place in early March. We were looking for a company that could service our customers according to the high level of customer service and support to which they have become accustomed, said Brian Romine, President of Sky WiFi.
InnFlux has an outstanding service and reputation within the industry.
It has been a real pleasure working with them throughout this process and we know we are leaving our customers in good hands. The transaction represents further evidence that the consolidation phase of the hotel High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) industry is well underway.
